Yes. We have interviewed dozens of people connected with the Philadelphia Flyers from the years our TV series will portray (1967-76) to make it as real-life as possible. To date, we have over 1,000 pages of interviews.
Our ETA is 2025, and we will soon begin taking our written episodes and sizzle/trailer to the networks.
A few veteran actors have signed letters of intent, including one who was Oscar-nominated and won a Golden Globe as best supporting actress. She is ticketed to play Kate Smith, and we will make an announcement in the future. We are hoping to get some Philly-area actors involved because they know (and love) this story better than anyone.
They are. They are excited about spreading the word about one of the most amazing stories in Philadelphia sports history. The Snider family is also a big proponent of the series.
